Serving coffee in Egypt

An unusual place where you can serve coffee. 

We're on the Nile and we stopped to take a coffee in this place. Coffee is prepared in front of us. The coffee beans and spices were roasted on hot sand. Coffee and spices are boiled all in the hot sand. I can not say that I liked the taste of coffee but I really liked the ritual of coffee preparation.
